ITFocus provides technology services that may include, without limitation, IT support, cybersecurity, managed services, cloud operations, AI-driven solutions, consulting, and related offerings. Specific services, deliverables, and commercial conditions are described in separate written agreements, proposals, or statements of work executed between ITFocus and each client.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time, with or without notice, and without liability to you or any third party, except as otherwise provided in a signed agreement.

You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use our services. If you access our services on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any access credentials associated with our services and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms. You agree not to use our services to engage in fraudulent, harmful, or deceptive conduct, interfere with the operation of our systems or those of others, attempt unauthorized access, or violate any applicable law or regulation.

All content, materials, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property displayed on or included with our services are owned by ITFocus or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Our services may reference or integrate with third-party products, tools, or websites. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of such third parties, and their inclusion does not imply endorsement.

Except as expressly stated in a written agreement, our website and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted availability.

We do not warrant that our services will be error-free, secure, or meet your specific requirements.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ITFocus and its affiliates, officers, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of our services.

Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ITFocus and its affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or related to your misuse of our services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law or third-party right.

We may suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including if we believe you have violated these Terms. Upon termination, the provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive will continue to apply.

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the jurisdiction in which ITFocus primarily operates, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms shall be resolved through the applicable forum determined in our commercial agreements or by law.

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, legal requirements, or business practices. The updated version will be indicated by a revised "last updated" date. Your continued use of our services after any change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
