Kickoff call (30 minutes) with you and whoever handles pay apps. We collect your vendor list and the services that send email as your company.
Days 1 to 4
Readiness Review. Domain authentication set up and monitoring started. Impersonation filtering and external-sender tags switched on.

Callback rule written with your names, ready for the owner's signature.
Day 6
20-minute session with your AP team and PMs.
Day 7

One price, one week
$1,500, one time, for companies with 15 or more people on their own work computers, up to 80 people in total.
Companies over 80 people are quoted on the call. The price is fixed, with no discounts. If you sign up for UT-Ops within 14 days of your Day 7 handoff, the full $1,500 is credited against your onboarding.
Microsoft Defender for Office 365 licensing, if your plan lacks it, is quoted separately as a pass-through.
Lockdown Guarantee: Your Draw Protection Lockdown is delivered within 7 business days of kickoff, or your full fee is refunded.
Week 1 of Stabilize: The Lockdown is week 1 of Stabilize, the first phase of the UT-Ops 90-day plan. If you move to the full plan, the work carries straight in.
The guarantee covers delivery time. The 7-day delivery covers setup; full DMARC enforcement follows on the written schedule provided at kickoff. Your company retains responsibility for its payment approvals and its own compliance. Underwriting decisions belong to each insurer.

Do I need to replace my current IT person or provider?
No. The Lockdown works alongside your current IT provider or in-house person. We coordinate the email settings with them during the kickoff.
Does the Lockdown make us ready for our insurance renewal?
It covers the payment controls and gives you a ranked plan for the rest through the Readiness Review. The full UT-Ops 90-day plan (Bid-Ready) puts the rest of the controls in place and documents them, and the Lockdown counts as its first week.
